1 – To provide scientific opinions, projects, research, consultancy and similar services to be requested by organizations other than Higher Education Institutions and real and legal persons.

2 – To conduct analysis, measurement, testing, model testing, inspection, technical and quality control, inspection of compliance with standards, technical maintenance, expertise, measurement adjustment, data processing organization, consultancy, training organization and similar services and related applications.

3 – To produce services limited to the field of activity by utilizing the existing physical capacity.

4 – To carry out the administrative, financial and technical affairs of the enterprise in accordance with laws, by-laws, regulations, directives, work programs, budget principles and business management principles.
